OVERVIEW:
DHCMC, Inc. Vocational Case Managers work with the injured client to return clients to a medically and vocationally appropriate position within the work force. Vocational Case Managers access the injured clients functional capabilities, education, and interests as well as transferable skills to identify appropriate job placement. Vocational Case Managers initiate job development in the client's geographical area to locate potential positions.

DHCMC Job Club is coordinated by a Vocational Case Manager experienced in facilitating and administrating effective job placement services. DHCMC job club offers computer and data entry training sessions. Computer software includes Microsoft, Excel, and Power Point.
Job Club is a comprehensive 4 week program: providing a practical approach to securing employment. Material is introduced to enhance the participant’s knowledge of their transferable skills and labor market value. They are taught to apply these skills to available job opportunities. The program prepares the participant and directs the participant in an effective job search.
